Got these after a long day moving concrete and they def do the trick. The peach mango ones are my favorite but honestly all the flavors taste pretty good… not like that fake artificial crap. 3000mg sounds like alot but its spread across 6 gummies so you can control how much you take tbh. Price is fair for what you get.
